Trostburg Castle in Waidbruck

Trostburg Castle in WaidbruckCastle complex dating from the 11th to 16th centuries with furnishings and art objects from various ears. It was once owned by the brother of the famous medieval troubador, Oswald von Wolkenstein. Exhibition of historical models of South Tyrolean castles by the hand of Ludwig Mitterdorfer (1885-1963).

Mineralogical Museum of TeisA mineralogical collection of, the core of which is around 200 geodes from Teis and other minerals from the Alpine region that Paul Fischnaller hammered out of the rock over the course of decades.

Town Museum of Klausen

Town Museum of KlausenVarious collections are housed in the former Capuchin monastery: the Loreto Treasure (Spanish and Italian arts and crafts from the 16th an 17th centuries); sacred art (15th to 19th centuries) and art and artists from in and around Klausen from the last half of the 19th century, when the city was a favourite destination for artists in search of romantic inspiration. You can also visit the newly renovated Capuchin church.

Runkelstein Castle - Bozen

Runkelstein Castle in BozenPicturesque Castle Runkelstein, which stands on a mighty porphyry rock outcrop at the entrance to the Sarn Valley, is one of Bozen’s most beautiful castles. Woodcarving World Lajen

Finally she's here: The woodcarving world at the entry of Gröden/Val Gardena valley, unique in South Tyrol. Here you can learn about the story of the wonderful profession of the woodcarver.  Furthermore you can watch the painters and carpenters doing their work.

Mining World Villanders

Moning World VillanderrsSince 2005, visitors habve been able to visit the Elizabeth tunnel. It is 1.670 meters long and situated on a altitude of 1292 meters. It affords an insight into traditional mining methods, the conveying line and processing the ore as well as the working conditions of the miners.

Guided visits of the Elisabeth tunnel from may till november every tuesday, thursday and sunday at 10.00 A.M.

Cable Car Rittner Horn

Cable Car Rittner HornThe view on the Rittner Horn mountain is one of the most famous in the alps and ranges from the big glaciers in the Ortler mountains to the Ötztal alps and from the Stubai and Zillertal Alps deep into the Dolomites as far as Presanella and Adamello in the Brenta Dolomites.
